At our level, we act responsibly to reduce our ecological footprint and try to convince our employees and customers of our ESG (environment, society and governance) sustainability policy.

To achieve this, we have implemented the following actions:

• The majority of our current vehicle fleet is already hybrid or very low CO² emission.
• Our suppliers are also committed to an ecological approach. MetaSystem has set up an environmental policy management system based on the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standard.
• Our logistics partner dispatches our packages using fully recyclable materials (paper, cardboard).
• We have always favored remote working, long before homeworking became the norm.
• Most of our internal meetings are held by videoconference. Customer visits are optimized to reduce our ecological footprint.
• The systematic dematerialization of all our documents enables us to work “Paperless”.
